Are the prices on the web site the same as the stores?
Prices on galleryofsound.com do not always reflect pricing in Gallery Of Sound retail locations. Website inventory does not necessarily reflect the inventory of any of our retail locations.
Are all of your products in stock?
The availability status of an item is listed next to it in the item details and on search results pages. The status is accurate based on a search of our warehouse inventory or the inventory of our backup distributor. Sometimes that last item in stock is actually there and in rare cases some products may no longer be available. If an item is no longer available the order for that item would be cancelled. Please also note that all CD & DVD new release information including new release availability dates and product information is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any transaction to one and to cancel any order for any reason at any time. We do not complete the charge on your credit card until your product is shipped. This is a retail consumer site and we do not sell to dealers.
Is in-store pickup available?
Not at this time, but you can always call a store location to hold or order an in-store pickup.
When will my order get shipped?
galleryofsound.com generally ships all in stock product within 2 business days upon receipt of the order. Orders placed after 11AM (EST) will not be processed until the following day. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available.
Your order may be shipped in two separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.
Any order for an item that is not yet available from the record label or distributor will be shipped when the item is released. We will not complete the charge on your credit card until the date of shipment.
Pre-ordered product will be shipped out as the release date approaches. galleryofsound.com ships pre-ordered product for arrival as close to the release date as is possible. Pre-ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.
Larger orders exceeding may be shipped USPS Priority Mail, for insurance and security purposes at no extra charge.
All packages ship from Wilkes-Barre, PA.
If I order multiple items, will my order come all together?
Usually we will ship all items together; however, since our inventory is spread over multiple locations, it is sometimes not possible. In that case you may receive your order in several envelopes, and maybe a day or two apart. No matter how we ship it, your shipping cost will not increase.
What is your return policy?
galleryofsound.com will take returns on any UNOPENED item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. galleryofsound.com does not accept returns of any opened music or DVD product. We will replace defective merchandise with another copy of the same item if there is a true defect.
Purchases made at galleryofsound.com may only be returned at our on-line store.

We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Can I use Gallery Of Sound Gift Certificates Online?
Paper Gift Certificates may be used at any of our retail stores. They cannot be used for shopping on our online store. We now have two different kinds of gift certificates - the ones that work in the stores, which can be purchased either in a store location or here ; and new online credits, which are only purchasable online here. Unfortunately they are non-transferable (an online credit can't be spent in the store, and store credit cannot be spent online). We don't expect these to be interchangeable at any point.
Can I use my Frequent Buyer Card on the web site?
Unfortunately, our Frequent Buyer Cards don't work on-line... at least, not yet.
What about that 'Free Swag' you are offering?
If a FREE Gift is available it will be mentioned in the item listing. If it isn't mentioned in the listing you can assume that we're not able to offer gift with your online order. We will try to be clear when an item has a FREE Gift with purchase.
How can I put my CD for sale on your website or in stores?
Most unsigned or local releases can be put on sale on consignment. Click here. for more information. If you have national distribution, your distributor should get in touch with our buying department.
